The Board is elected by and from the membership and consists of The Chairman, Vice-chairman, Treasurer & Honorary Secretary.
The Governing Authority
The Board is the Governing Authority and subject to any directions from a General Meeting, The Board of directors directs the affairs of the Society. The procedural, duties and powers is well prescribed in the Act and Rules.
