Hello Good Friends,
We all have those seasons in which we feel the urge to give up, we feel like God has forgotten us, we feel like everything in the world has conspired to put us down subject to that season we are going through.
Now, Job, in the good old book (The Bible) was once in that place, where he lost all he had within a day and then sickness struck him but he didn’t give up on God.
See, in the above mentioned times we do put God on trial and we play both the jury and the judge of the said case. I have been their before and I found all the reasons to sentence God to death maybe (by not believing in him anymore), story for another day. But I came to learn that, all seasons may not be merry and such is life but most important is that God is always present though silent at times,His promises remain true. I love the analogy of God being silent like the kecturer/ supervisor / invigilator during a test but at the end if it all He is the Rewarder of those who stay faithful and true to the course.
See, I may not pretend to know what you are going through and how tough the season is for you, but I am sure of one thing your resilience is on test and the lecturer is waiting to award you, stay true and faithful to the course and keep trusting, keep believing for the process is as important as the result.
